Mr. Anil V. Thakore, B.Sc. Ag.(Hons.) University of the West Indies, Trinidad and N.C.A. (Royal Agricultural College-Cirencester) U.K.
The Promoters have had distinguished careers in several leading corporate organizations of the country and have accumulated a wide knowledge of the business spectrum, particularly in relation to the Foods Processing Sector.
The manufacturing activities of Forsberg Agritech began in November 1993. Forsberg Agritech has pioneered several new processes which are now being implemented in various industries. These are:
A. Integrated Sunflower seeds dehulling process for production of high quality Sunflower oil and high quality Sunflower DOC (de-oiled cake) with high protein content and low crude fiber.
B. Integrated Neem seeds and Neem fruits decortication process for extraction of high quality Azadirachtin.
C. Integrated Mustard seeds dehulling process for high quality mustard daal.
D. Continuous process for direct Dehulling of Masoor and Moong daal without use of oil or of water.
E. Continuous and integrated process for destalking of dried whole chili for production and extraction of high quality Capsin and production of high quality Chili powder.
F. Continuous dehusking of Sesame seeds for the production of pure, chemically free dehulled sesame seeds.
G. Continuous and integrated process for production of low fibre soya meal/flour.
